CONFERENCE BADGE

To receive a conference access badge, FPTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by FPTA.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Registration fees will be refunded (less a $25 cancellation fee) if a request is received in writing no later than August 31, 2019. There will be NO refunds after the August 31st deadline. Substitutions are accepted.

LATE REGISTRATION

Registrations received after Aug. 31st are considered late and will incur a $100 late registration fee.

REGISTERED BUT CAN'T MAKE IT?

You may transfer your registration to another person in your organization. Changes or substitutions must be made in writing to Amy Keys and submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Any requests for reasonable accommodations should be submitted to FPTA when you register.

Regular pricing is available for registrations received before Aug. 31st.

After this date, you will be required to register on-site at the registration area.
On-site registration fees will include a $100 late registration fee. All fees quoted below based on active FPTA membership.
