Cancellation and Refund Policy

There will be no refunds issued for this event. As a paid registrant you have access to all sessions/events during the conference dates. If you are not able to attend, an archived version will be available after the scheduled event for up to 12 months.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I participate in the FPTA Virtual Conference?

Each registered attendee will receive their own unique personal access link via email. Speakers and exhibitor/sponsors are provided access separately and ahead of regular attendees.

Regular attendee access emails will go out on Thursday, October 1st.

When you receive this email, you will “claim your account” and set up a password. After this step, you will be directed to your profile page. Make sure your information is accurate and upload a photo so we can “see” you.

Will I be able to ask questions during the sessions?

Yes, our platform includes a chat feature to type questions by text. If you are in a Roundtable session, you can unmute your microphone to speak/ask questions.

Will the virtual event be accessible beyond the conference dates?

Yes, all registered participants will be able to re-watch content at your own pace with extended on-demand access for up to 12 months.

Will the virtual event have an exhibit hall/tradeshow?

Yes, participating companies will each have an exhibit where representatives will be on-hand to answer all your questions. We encourage you to visit each of the exhibits and interact with sponsors, staff, and your peers within each booth.

Other Policies

Schedule Changes

FPTA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program because of an insufficient number of registrations or to close registration when programs are full. FPTA may cancel a program when circumstances beyond FPTA’s control—including, but not limited to, acts of nature, governmental authority or war in the United States—make it impractical or impossible to host the program or may put participants in harm’s way. In such cases, FPTA will refund the registration fee paid by the registrant.

Photography, Audio and Video Recording

By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that FPTA has the right to use, reproduce, broadcast, rebroadcast or incorporate in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of photographs and/or videos of you or your participation in the event for use in marketing materials and/or training materials and for internal use. No individual or entity other than FPTA may electronically record, copy (including live-streaming or recording from smartphones, iPads or other handheld devices) any portion of this program for any use without prior written consent from FPTA.

Request for an Accommodation

FPTA complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and strives to ensure that no individual with a disability is deprived of the opportunity to participate in this program solely by reason of that disability. Through its agents, FPTA will provide reasonable accommodations for a candidate with a disability who requests accommodations.
